July 23, 1994
Dear Mindy, For the past 3 weeks I have been pain free for the first time in 51 years. This, I believe, is no
exaggeration. Ever since I was about 4 years old I have experienced muscle spasms throughout my back,
shoulders, and head with bouts of intractable pain. Recently, I've come to know this as fibromyalgia and I have
treated it with the only thing I knew which was pain killers. I did try other modalities - acupuncture,
massage, Feldenkrais, etc. with little long term effects. With Diamond and Gemstone Therapy I began to
gradually feel a greater sense of well being and ability to tolerate greater physical movement and exercise for
endurance building. With this foundation I now have the ability to maintain a better state of health - ie.,
fully participate in my own health program and really in life. Being a "normal" person able to even wash dishes
