CRYSTAL HEALING WITH GEMSTONE EGGS
The egg shape which is usually man made is a very important tool in crystal healing. Whether it is a natural shape or a fabricated shape, the egg exudes the same properties. The egg is most commonly used for aura reading, reflexology, zone therapy, acupressure and shiatsu.
Mediation: Removing Blockages
Because of its nice shape the egg is the perfect companion for meditations. Hold the egg between the thumb and fingers, the small end pointing forward. When scanning auras you should be able to feel warm and cold places. Cold places indicate blockages and warm places indicate areas that are totally clear. Use the egg to relieve the blockages. If you have sore areas on the body use the egg to massage your skin. Always move the egg in a downward motion trying to draw the pain out either through your hands and feet or through the chakras. Then cleanse the chakras thoroughly.
Deciding which stone
To decide what stone the egg should be made from, first find out the properties of the stone and if they apply to your problem. The list on the gemstone therapy page is a nice guide to help you choose which stone.
Rose quartz tends to be one of the most popular crystal eggs as it emits a calming cool energy. Also it acts as a rejuvenating energy for the physical and emotional bodies. And for all of you who are currently reading this on internet - did you know that putting a piece of rose quartz on your computer stops the computer's electromagnetic field from interfering with your energy fields. (Lorraine says sodalight will also do this.)
So why not get yourself an egg which looks beautiful on your office desk, and dispels these negative energies that interfere with your life? What ever stone you choose it will only bring positive energies into your life. Happy choosing.
