At the suggestion of someone on the net, I just tried using Mexican onyx next to my bed to see if I slept

Aquamarine for Comfort and Love
Aquamarine reminds one of an ocean of love and mercy. I find it extremely comforting and supportive. If you
are grieving or sad -- or want to let go of anger or fear, this stone has a wonderful calming affect. Either
stare into an unirradiated aquamarine stone -- or wear a set of aquamarine beads before bedtime. Then, place
the aquamarine next to you before bedtime asking it to help you accept the love/support that it can give.
